Résidence Hôtelière Bergmann attaches great importance to the protection of your personal data, in accordance with Senegalese law no. 2008-12 of 25 January 2008 on the protection of personal data.
Data collected
When you make a booking, create an account or contact us: last name, first name, e-mail, phone, stay dates and details, messages. Your password is stored in encrypted form and can never be read, including by our staff.
Use
This data is used only to manage your bookings, welcome you, answer your requests and send you e-mails related to your stay. It is never sold or passed on to third parties. Online payments are processed directly by Wave (or Stripe for bank cards).
Cookies
The website only uses a technical session cookie to keep you signed in to your account. The Google Maps map is only loaded if you click « Show the map ».
Retention and rights
Your data is kept for as long as necessary for the customer relationship and legal obligations. You may at any time request access to, correction or deletion of your data by writing to diallo.bergmann@gmail.com.
